Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching clients engage with Kate to re-energize, define specific goals, and work through a change process to maximize their opportunity for success.  She engages with all levels of leaders - from front-line supervisors to technical experts, directors, vice-presidents and executives.  Kate has experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, advanced technologies and start-ups.

Team Coaching

Sometimes it's not just about one person but about the entire team.  Team coaching is used to help deal with conflicting priorities, decision-making and collaboration challenges and with interpersonal conflict.

Kate approaches team coaching as both a group activity and a one-on-one engagement with each team member.
