Kate believes that leadership is setting a goal and then working with others to achieve it. It's that simple.  What isn't as simple is the need to master different leadership styles, complex relationship dynamics between leaders and followers and a multitude of interpersonal and technical skills needed for success.   The recipe for successful leadership is based on your values, culture, processes and products, but the ingredients are well known.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching is one of the most effective tools an organization can use to develop and grow leaders within an organization. Companies benefit from having more engaged leaders better prepared to guide teams and company success.

As a Berkeley ECI certified executive coach, Kate offers individual coaching to support leaders who are new to managing others or to leading other managers and to existing managers and executives who wish to build upon their current skills to be more effective.

Team-based coaching is also available as part of a specific development program or to increase team collaboration and effectiveness.

Assessments

There are so many assessments! And, lots of them are great and some of them are not.

Kate uses different types of assessments based on the client's needs. When using an assessment, she is sure to know how it was designed and its validity.
